"As part of the proposed debt ceiling cuts to Medicare and Medicaid is a $3 billion ratcheting down of Medicare drug reimbursement from ASP + 6% to ASP + 4%. This would have obvious devastating consequences to community oncology practices and their patients, already facing a growing list of cancer drugs reimbursed at less than cost. As a result, it is imperative that you reach out to your Representatives and Senators, as well as the White House, to ask them to tell their leadership that ASP drug reimbursement cuts to cancer care must be taken off the debt ceiling negotiation table."
